Civil Works – Drain Projects (Santa-Maria Storm Drain)

Construction of a 8m wide, reinforced concrete open storm water drainage system with a dry weather flow channel situated at Santa Maria. The project is aimed at improving the drainage system in the city, and controlling perennial flooding, which is a yearly occurrence in Ghana during the rainy season. The project is supervised by the Hydrological Service Department of the Ministry of Works & Housing. The current phase spans over a distance of 200m.

2 Storey Stores and Apartments

Situated on the Bank Road behind GBC Training School in Nungua is the 2 Storey Stores and Apartments on a 9m×32m plot of land with a car park on the front of the building built for rental purpose. It is a dual purpose building serving both commercial and residential purposes. Having to complete this project in front of an existing compound with tenants proved a little challenging but with our team of expertise, the project progressed steadily with respect to existing tenants.

Parents Nest International School

A construction of a four storey unit classroom for basic and Junior High School training with adjoining offices on a 100m×280m. It also has a playground and well-designed car park. This project is peculiar as it serves children as low as 6months and we took precious care where necessary.
